Delete Account — SkillFlow

If you wish to delete your SkillFlow account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Contact Us

Send a message via LINE OA or email with the subject:
"Account Deletion Request - SkillFlow"

Step 2: Include Required Information

• Your registered email address or phone number
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Step 3: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• LINE User ID and OTP verification records
• All video watch progress and completion records
• All course enrollment records
• Payment slip images associated with your account

Data Retention Period After Request

• Account and progress data: Deleted within 30 days
• Payment records: Retained for up to 90 days for accounting purposes, then permanently deleted

What Happens After Deletion

1. You will no longer be able to log in to the app
2. Access to all enrolled courses will be revoked immediately
3. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers
4. This action cannot be undone
